After three years of absence of physical SSEAYP program, September 2, 2023 marked the opening ceremony for the 2023 Pre-Departure Training for the CPYs of the 47th SSEAYP. The event were presided over by H.E. Chek Lim, Deputy Director General of the Department of Youth, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and Mr. Hor Samnang, President of SSEAYP International Cambodia.
